Autodesk software

  • Thank you for ordering with Cadac Store, we will ensure Autodesk receives and processes your order. Autodesk will always activate each licence individually, wherever you are in the world.
  • You will receive confirmation from Autodesk that your licences and/or subscriptions have been activated within two working days. This e-mail has been sent to you by noreply_orderprocesedemail@autodesk.com or subsemea@autodesksubscription.com.. Retain this confirmation e-mail, it contains your activation code.
  • You will receive a download link, which you can use to download, install and activate your software. 
  • Get started creating powerful designs.

Cadac software

  • When you place your order for Cadac software, a Cadac Store employee will process your order. You will receive an e-mail from one of our employees with all the information you need to get started with your new software.

Cadac Advanced Support

  • If you have ordered Cadac Advanced Support, go to https://support.cadac.com to get access to our knowledge base and submit questions regarding your Autodesk or Cadac software.
  • Ordered Autodesk software but not taken out Cadac Advanced Support? You can add this service to your contract at a later date by going to My Cadac Store and looking under Contracts and Products. Cadac Advanced Support is always included with Cadac software.

Cadac Installation Support

  • If you have ordered installation support with your Autodesk or Cadac software, go to Contracts and products in My Cadac Store to use the installation support.
