Privacy-sensitive data, i.e. personal data, are processed via the web shop Cadac Group BV attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Accordingly, we process and protect personal data with the greatest possible care. 

We comply with the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data. This means, among other things, that:

Use of personal data
By using our website and services, you leave certain data with us, which may include personal data. We store those data so you do not have to re-enter them every time, we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement, invoicing and payment, as well as to provide an overview of the products and services that you have purchased from us.

Create account
You must create an account for our website to make purchases in our store and to view your order history, redownload files or to renew your subscription. We process these data on the basis of the agreement that you conclude with us. We process the following data for that purpose:

- name and address details;
- email address;
- password;
- order history.

These data are processed by us until you cancel your account. We store some data for a longer period if we are legally obliged to do so; for instance, by the mandatory retention period for tax purposes.

Order handling
When you place an order with us, we will use your personal data to process it. In order to handle the order, consequently pursuant to the agreement, we process the following data of yours:

- name and address details;
- contact details;
- payment details and financial data;
- company data.

These data are processed by us until the order is completed and during the term of the product that you have ordered. In addition, we store some data for a longer period in connection with a legal obligation; for instance, the mandatory retention period for tax purposes.

We provide various options on the website for contacting us. You can do so by telephone, but also via a contact form. If you contact us, we will process the following data for that purpose:

- contact details;
- name and address details;
- order or product details, as required;
- content of the message.

We process these data in order to perform the agreement with you. We store the data for up to one year after the last contact with you.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. If you do, we will send you information, tips, special offers and/or promotions several times a week on the subject for which you registered. With your consent, we process the following data of yours:

- name;
- email address.

We store these data until you withdraw your consent or for up to one year after we last sent you a newsletter.

Cadac Service Card
The Cadac Service Card service enables you to receive on-site support. A Cadac Service Card staff member will visit you on-site to provide the required support. We process the following data of yours to perform this agreement with you: 

- name and address details;
- contact details;
- payment details and financial data;
- company data;
- the data that we obtain when we provide on-site support;
- other data that you provide to us.

These data are processed by us when we provide support and are stored in our support portal.

Disclosure to third parties
We may transfer your data to our partners. These partners are involved in performing the agreement and/or supplying the services. For example, certain software may be offered and maintained by a third party, which requires your data to do so. We only provide your personal data to other businesses or institutions if it is necessary for the performance of the agreement, if we have your consent to do so, if we have a legitimate interest in doing so (for example, a direct marketing interest) or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, at the request of the police if it suspects a crime).

We collaborate with certain businesses. These parties process your data on our instruction; in other words, we determine the purposes. They act as processors. These parties are:

Deleting cookies
